Rick Kline and Bret Davis, a pair of dentists at Smile Texas, have, according to federal records, donated to Republican candidates and, in Kline’s case, the Texas state GOP. On Wednesday morning, Trump attacked Haley again, posting an altered photo of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with Haley’s face superimposed on it. Those ads have attacked Haley on immigration, something Trump’s team views as a top issue for Republicans in New Hampshire. During a rally in Atkinson, New Hampshire, on Tuesday, Trump accused Haley of “artificially boosting her numbers” by appealing to “Democrats and liberals to infiltrate” the GOP primary. Only Republicans and undeclared voters can participate in the New Hampshire GOP primary, and the deadline for Democrats to change their registration passed months ago. Iowa Republicans were a clear reflection of that on Monday night, delivering the former president an emphatic victory. As clear-cut as his win was, though, Iowa has not historically played the role of kingmaker in the Republican nominating process. He chose to appear at court hearings as a defendant in his legal cases in New York and Washington rather than speak to Iowa voters in the final days before the voting. With its more moderate, educated electorate, New Hampshire presents Trump’s rivals with possibly their best opportunity to slow his march. Trump's strength among Republican voters is beyond dispute, but the road is long and could be bumpy.

To qualify for the fourth debate, candidates needed at least 6% support in two national polls or 6% in one national poll as well as two polls from four of the early-voting states — Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina. During the last debate, Haley called the entrepreneur “scum” after he invoked Haley’s daughter during a critique of TikTok. Without Trump at the debates, Christie has been left without his intended target but has brought him up nonetheless. HILLSBORO, New Hampshire — Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy is temporarily relocating his entire staff of over 40 people, including himself, from his headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, to the early-primary states of Iowa and New Hampshire in an effort to boost his campaign in the 2024 race. Ramaswamy, 38, has rented an apartment in Iowa, and the campaign is currently searching for rental housing in New Hampshire for the candidate and his staff. We’re excited to barnstorm the early states,” Tricia McLaughlin, a spokesperson for the Ramaswamy campaign, told NBC News. Last week, the Ramaswamy campaign launched an eight-figure ad buy in Iowa and New Hampshire ahead of the third GOP debate. Welcome to Opinion’s commentary for the third Republican presidential debate, held in Miami on Wednesday night. The debate didn’t answer the question of whether she can really cut into DeSantis’s more conservative bloc of support. He deserves praise for his substantive, competent answers, but there’s not much of a market for that in the Republican primaries. CNN —Whether it was due to a less crowded debate stage or the experienced bench of moderators, the third Republican presidential debate held in Miami on Wednesday night was easily the smoothest debate yet. Usually, his moments of brilliance are –— as Senator Tim Scott would probably understand — sandwich-boarded by acts of self-flagellation. He was flat-out great in justifying our support of Ukraine, a debate Christie can win against anyone. As the resident expert of ‘letting little things get to me,’ I understand Haley’s Mr. Hyde. COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — The field of candidates onstage for the third Republican presidential debate will be the smallest yet. Five hopefuls will participate in Wednesday night’s debate at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, according to the Republican National Committee. After the second debate in September, Ramaswamy asked the RNC to change its rules for the third, requesting that participation be limited to four candidates, with a unique donor requirement of 100,000. The former two-term Arkansas governor participated in the first debate but failed to qualify for the second. He said in a statement after missing out on the second debate that his goal was to increase his polling numbers to 4% in an early state before Thanksgiving.
